– Lead-Free Solder Paste Ecorel Free 007-15 after remelting does not corrode and does not need to be removed to ensure PCB reliability. However, such residues can be cleaned with a variety of detergents: hydrogenated solvents, fluorinated solvents, and cleaning solutions including cleaning solutions INVENTEC.

– Metal composition: Sn99.3/Cu0.7

– Melting temperature: 217-220oC

– Packing: 30g or 100g (syringe)

– Storage: the recommended storage temperature range is from 0°C to 10°C. Shelf life is 6 months.

Note: For optimal storage, store the syringe in an upright position with the tip facing down. Store at room temperature for at least four hours before use.
