– Lead-Free Solder Paste Ecorel Free 305-6D33 does not require cleaning and has a chemical change after reheating.

– Solder paste is compatible with coating protection, i.e. passes both IPC and BONO SIR tests immediately after applying for polyurethane or acrylic coating protection.

– Very low ionic strength without cleaning after reheat: ECOREL™ FREE 305-6D33 has a low ionic strength after reheating and does not require cleaning

– High-speed printing can be sewn. Improved performance and stability allow components to be placed several hours after being inside. (A few hours can be skipped if restarting the process in a good program).

– Metal components: SnAg3Cu0.5

– Melting temperature: 217°C

– Packing: 250 g or 500 g vial 600 g or 1200g. cartridge

– Storage: the recommended storage temperature is between 5°C and 10°C. A shelf life of 12 months is achieved under these conditions. For cartridges, the shelf life is 9 months. For optimal storage, store cartridges and syringes in an upright and downward position.
