One of the significant differences between SN100C and standard Sn63/Pb37 is the processing temperature and the melting point of the alloys.

Electroloy has entered into an agreement with FCT Asia Pte Limited to manufacture SN100C lead free solder bar alloy with a patent license from Nihon Superior. The patented addition of nickel to the tin-copper eutectic with “Ge” offers the following advantages:
