Solder Bar LF-331 is a low-dross lead-free with an alloy composition of 95% Tin and 5% Antimony. This is a ROHS compliance lead-free bar which able to meet and fulfill international requirements.

The composition of Electroloy’s LF-331 lead-free solder-bar is strictly controlled to the following specification: –

– Lead-free solder-bar LF-331 has Antimony(Sb) which is a silvery-white metal with medium hardness, easy to break, density is 6.7, melting at 630oC, boiling at temperature 1625oC, insoluble in water.

– Used to produce alloys with high hardness, corrosion resistance, and low coefficient of friction such as casting letters, making bearings, bullet casings, manufacturing lead battery poles, and ceramic enamel.

– The LF-331 exhibit a shiny appearance & a uniform silver-grey color. 

– The brand & alloy code is embossed onto the surface of each bar. 

– Each bar is approximately 700 – 900 grams in weight.
