– Metal composition: Solder Wire LF315-EM26′ has an alloy composition of 99.0% Tin, 0.3% Silver, and 0.7% Copper.

Electroloy’s EM #26-315 solder wire quality in alloy composition is strictly controlled to Electroloy’s LF-315 lead-free specification.

– The standard flux content for the LF-315 EM26 lead-free tin coil is 2.5 +/- 0.2%. However, other throughput percentages are available upon request. The range for throughput percentage is 2.0% – 3.5%.

– Storage: Lead-free solder wire Electroloy’s EM # 26-315 has a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture if handled properly. A dry and non-corrosive storage environment is required to minimize further oxidation of the wire. Ensure that the packaging is not damaged and that the tin coil is not exposed to dust and other foreign materials.
